I was born in New York City and have a strong attachment to the city. After my wife and I got married and had our first child I moved to Westchester, but I have commuted to Manhattan every day since. I have worked in the textile industry in the garment center for 30 years and have owned my own business for a large portion of that time. During my career I have negotiated leases and properties including warehouses and office spaces and decided to obtain a real estate license eight years ago. I began in Westchester selling commercial and residential properties. My wife also has worked in Westchester real estate for over 15 years with Houlihan Lawrence. Together, we have owned, built and renovated five homes in Briarcliff and Ossining. I also have experience in renovation and reconstruction work through a family related construction firm in Manhattan which has given me an extensive and diversified background in Manhattan properties. I am looking forward to finally be in the New York City real estate market as a MLB Kaye sales associate.
