Susan has been a resident of Manhattan for over 20 years. She has an understanding of the community due to 15 years of involvement in local civic organizations. As a co-op owner she understands the intricacies of both sides of NYC real estate transactions. She believes success is most likely when both buyer and seller are the focus of attention. Her prior experience, in public relations and artist management, gives her the ability to assess the needs and desires of clients and customers. A native of Ohio, Susan has a BA in psychology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She lives on the Upper Westside with her husband and three school-aged children.
