Francine Merl is a native New Yorker and a graduate from Performing Arts in Manhattan. After graduation she moved to Boston, where she worked in the theater and hotel industry as an event planner. Upon her return to Manhattan in the early 80's her East Side rental building converted to co-op ownership. During the conversion she served on a number of committees. This was the beginning of her interest in New York real estate.
Over the last 15 years she has worked in real estate management where she was involved in all facets of the sales and rentals of co-ops and condo apartments. Although she still resides on the Upper East Side, she can help you learn about neighborhoods of lower Manhattan, Tribeca, Murray Hill and the Upper West Side. Her knowledge and experience can help you buy, sell or rent everything from studios to Townhouses.
