Melinda Caudill is a five year resident of New York City by way of Tennessee. While currently living in the up & coming area known as Long Island City, Melinda traveled extensively around the country with her siblings as the daughter of an Air Force Officer. Before embarking on a career in real estate, her studies include a background in the dental field & office management. After moving to New York City, Melinda developed an independent event planning business focusing on political & charitable fund raising as well as corporate events. In 2008, Melinda saw an opportunity to use her social networking skills in the real estate field & obtained a New York Real Estate license. Her focus now is Manhattan residential real estate.
